SMS Consent & Program Disclosures

1. Program Overview

This page describes how end customers consent to receive service-only text messages from AutoRev AI LLC on behalf of participating home-service providers (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and similar). Messages include booking links, appointment confirmations, reminders, technician-en-route alerts, rescheduling, and receipts.

No marketing or promotional SMS are sent from our toll-free numbers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Opt-In Methods

End customers may opt in through any of the following:

Text-in keyword

Text START, YES, JOIN, or BOOK to our toll-free number +1-833-289-0677. An opt-in confirmation message is sent immediately.

Web form consent (unchecked by default)

The end customer enters their mobile number on a provider booking form and affirmatively checks a consent box. After submission we send a double-opt-in confirmation SMS.

Verbal or IVR consent on calls

Script: “To text you a booking link and service updates for your appointment, may we text this number? Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

IVR prompt: “Press 1 to consent; press 2 to decline.” On consent we send the opt-in confirmation.

We retain consent evidence for each opt-in: phone number, source (text, web, or IVR), timestamp, and where applicable IP address and user-agent (web) or call SID and DTMF selection (IVR).

3. Opt-In Confirmation Message

You are now opted-in to receive SMS messages. For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP. Messages and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

4. STOP and HELP Handling

Reply STOP at any time to end messages. We honor the following variants: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. We send a one-time confirmation of the opt-out and suppress future messages.

Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

5. Sample Service Messages

  • [BusinessName]: Reminder — your appointment is tomorrow between [8:00 AM - 1:00 PM]. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
  • [BusinessName]: [TechName] is on the way. ETA [time window]. Track: [tracking URL]. HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
  • [BusinessName]: Window update — now [NEW WINDOW]. Reply YES to confirm or RESCHEDULE for options. HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
  • [BusinessName]: Visit complete. Receipt: [URL]. HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

Missed-call rescue texts are sent only after consent is on file for the recipient.

6. Purpose, Frequency, and Rates

Service-only notifications related to an end customer’s request or appointment. Message frequency varies by job status (typically 1 to 5 per job). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited sharing with our service providers (messaging infrastructure, customer support) is permitted to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.
