Add online booking to Shopify
Put your booking form on a Shopify page, like a Book a Service page, or inside a theme section.
Use: Embed code
The embed pastes cleanly into a Shopify page through the HTML view and survives theme updates.
Steps
- 1In Shopify admin, go to Online Store, then Pages, and open or create a page.
- 2In the content editor, click the Show HTML button (the </> icon).
- 3Paste the embed code below, then save the page.
- 4Want it inside a theme template instead? Add a Custom Liquid section in the theme editor and paste the code there.

Swap <your-business> for your booking name. Or skip that: your code, already filled in, is in the AutoRev app under Settings > Booking.

Good to know
- Paste the code last and save right away. Switching out of HTML view can clean the markup.
- A Custom Liquid section survives theme updates better than editing theme files.
