Ship across the customer dashboard, the marketing site, and integrations with the tools home service businesses already run.
AutoRev AI builds the AI coworker for home service businesses. It answers every call and text, books the job, follows up on every lead, and clears the busywork that keeps techs and dispatchers off the tools they already run. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies run AutoRev today to stop losing revenue to missed calls and slow follow-up.
AutoRev is an AI coworker that runs on top of the field service and CRM tools home service businesses already use: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, and others. It answers calls and texts, books jobs, runs outbound dialing, handles AI estimating, and processes payments, live today for real customers.
You'll be one of the first engineers on the team, working across the customer dashboard, the integration layer, and the marketing site. This is a foundational role: a lot of what you build becomes the pattern everyone builds on after you.
You'll work across the stack: fast, polished UI on the frontend, and the APIs, integrations, and data layers on the backend that make the product work for a dispatcher running real jobs.
There's no large engineering org here to specialize inside of. You'll set technical direction on whatever part of the stack you're touching, often as the most senior voice in the room on that piece.
Build and own features end to end, from spec through production.
Architect and maintain integrations against real FSM and CRM APIs (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, GoHighLevel, and more as we add them).
Work across the customer dashboard and marketing site as priorities shift.
Drive performance and reliability as a real feature, not an afterthought.
Set technical direction on the parts of the stack you own.
Ship incrementally and continuously; this product improves every week.
Work directly with the founders on what ships next.
4+ years of experience as a software engineer building user-facing products.
Strong across the stack: modern frontend (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and backend (APIs, databases, services).
You can move between frontend and backend in the same day without losing momentum.
You think in systems: you build reusable abstractions and clean APIs instead of one-off fixes.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a rough problem and turn it into shipped code.
You use AI tools in your own development workflow and have opinions on how they should work.
You ship fast without sacrificing quality, and you communicate clearly with founders and teammates.
Experience integrating with third-party APIs that have real quirks and incomplete documentation.
Experience on a small team where you owned infrastructure other people depended on.
Experience as one of the first 5 engineers at an early-stage startup.
